Aloha! I am glad you surfaced the point around situational leadership. I know I experienced some challenges with this as I came into the workplace. When leaders change so much you have to ask yourself what is going on and why are they one way this time and another way another time. Do you think strong leadership skills of empathy, empowerment, encouragement, accountability, etc as a norm would alleviate this and other leadership approaches? I truly do not believe that leaders think about a specific leadership type when they respond to someone. It is based on their ego and what they know, thoughts?
