In the supply chain and logistics management plan, you will expand on this list of suppliers by searching for additional suppliers and matching the suppliers with a list of resources needed for your venture. From this list you will compare and contrast the list of suppliers developed.
As we have discussed over the last two weeks, research is important and understanding your competition is vital. Investigate your closest competitor (it is okay if they are more established than you are currently).
